What we store

When you create an account we store your mobile number, your name, and your role and organisation if you enter them. Your password is hashed and cannot be read by anyone, including us.

Forms you fill in are saved to your device first. If you are signed in, a copy is uploaded to our servers so your organisation can follow the work being done. That copy includes what you typed into the form and your signature.

We also record operations such as opening a form, exporting a form, and when you were last active.

What we do not store

We do not ask for your location, and we do not access your contacts, photos or files. PDFs you export stay on your device and are not uploaded.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Data is stored with our hosting provider, Supabase. We may disclose it where the law requires.

Your rights

You can delete your account from the Settings screen at any time. Deletion is permanent: your account and every form and operation attached to it are removed from our servers, and what is held on your device — including your signature and exported documents — is erased.

You can also use the app without an account, in which case nothing is uploaded at all.
